LICENSE OVERVIEW

All standard licenses are non-exclusive and grant the right to use the beat for commercial purposes according to the selected license. Ownership of the beat and its copyrights is not transferred.

LICENSE TERM

The license does not expire. You may continue exploiting your released song indefinitely, subject to the usage limits and conditions of your purchased license.

PRODUCER CREDIT

Producer credit is required whenever reasonably possible. Credit format: Prod. [Producer Name].

ROYALTIES

MP3 Lease: 15% of royalties generated by the released song must be allocated to the producer credited on the beat, regardless of distributor.

WAV Lease: 10% of royalties generated by the released song must be allocated to the credited producer, regardless of distributor.

Unlimited Lease: No royalty split is required.

CONTENT ID — PROHIBITED

You may not register the beat or any song created using the beat with YouTube Content ID or any similar automated copyright identification or claiming system.

USAGE RULES

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the instrumental in whole or in part. You may not claim authorship of the beat.

NO TRANSFER

The license is valid only for the original purchaser and their project. It may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.

MODIFICATIONS

You may modify the beat as needed to create your song, but the instrumental may not be released or distributed on its own.
